I like them, but I've haven't been there in a while. I love the biscuits and their gravy, but I'm not a big fan of fried chicken unless its boneless. I might have to stop by now to get dinner for $2.Comment

It's funny how food is regionalized. The Popeye's up here (Philly) all suck, especially the chicken. But when I was down in NOLA I went to Popeye's and it was literally the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life.Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.

Different demographics like different tastes. I got some examples for ya.
1. In Chicago KFC and Popeyes taste very good. In Indiana, they taste very NASTY, the cooks in Indiana for chicken places put way too much salt on the food.
2. Rib joints in Chicago is good, the same damn franchise in Indiana, totally different, they boil the ribs out here and don't put no seasoning on it.
So I have concluded any place where the area is majority white, their food is rather bland and salty even when it is the same franchise.Comment

For a guy who likes to tell everyone to live a healthy life, you sure suggest an unhealthy eatery.

Ok eating fried food won't make you fat. Eating too much of it will. You do anything too much and it can have bad effects.
Besides when you driving passed Popeyes or KFC or any fast food place and you smell that food in the air.....you know you going to turn around and go right up in there.
It's all about moderation. If you burn it off later, you will be fine.Comment

I never suggested you ate it a lot (or at all for that matter). I just stated that you're always urging people to take care of their bodies and eat well and all that (see: your sig), then you share with us this good deal for food that goes against your "teachings."
