Weekdays:2-2:30 be up by 7:30.

Weekend: 3-5:30

I was doing about 2 AM, but working day shifts almost entirely for the past few weeks - I'm going to bed around 1, 12:30ish if I'm too tired.

3am 7 days a week. Been that way since my college days. I'm just a night person.

I find it almost impossible to fall asleep before 2AM, even if I woke up early or didn't get much sleep the night before. And here it is 5:10 and I still haven't gone to bed. Jesus.

Why? Cause it's funny how the night moves; you just don't seem to have as much to lose.

I'm the exact opposite. I'm dead tired by 11 P.M. and I'm not able to keep my eyes open past midnight.

The latest I've ever stayed up is 3:00/3:30 AM. I can't believe it's a daily cycle for most people.

I work until 2am throughout the week. So usually between 4-5.


Weekends are pretty much the same, it's just more so passing out drunk than falling asleep.

4 or 5am every night and sometimes 6 or 7. when i was in school i couldnt stay up past 11 for nothing. even when i tried to stay up to watch The Arsenio Hall show after my mom told me to go to bed.

i work evenings and i usually get off at 11 so when i get home im ready to kick back and either watch a game i recorded or watch RAW or SMACKDOWN. then after its time to turn on the ps3. then ill play games and read OS till i get tired and go to bed.

the only time i ever fall asleep early is if im dead tired and ill fall asleep as soon as i get home. and thats not often.

Weeknights: 11:00-12:30

Weekends: 12:00-3:00

But if I stay up to 1:30 (later) on one night, more than likely I'm out by 10:00 the next night.

during the week, i have to get up around 5am- so Im usually asleep by midnite-1am
during the weekends i usually pass out around 2am
