    Fastest Way to gain Weight?

    Does anyone here know any type of plan or supplements (legal), that effectively gains weight?

    I need to gain 18-20 poinds in 2 months in order for me to play football next season.

    Thats a little over 2 pounds a week...

    Any advice on supplements that work would be appreciated!

    creatine is always a good supplement to accompany a weight gain plan.....

      Yeah, I'd appreciate any advice too. I've always been a pretty skinny guy, and I don't mind it, but I wouldn't mind if someone had some tips on bulking up a little bit.

        But... you're only supplying water weight which will only fall off once you discontinue the supplement, am I right on that?

            Yeah. I'm pretty sure that this is correct.

            Creatine isn't going to add any more muscle to your body. And like you said, once one comes off it, the water gets released from the body.

            Jus eat, Eat, EAT and hit the weight room.

              That doesn't work for me, I need some kind of supplement I can take every day after workout or meals. I was hoping someone here at OS had a good choice from experience

                  If it's not working you aren't eating enough. If you take in more calories than your body needs you will gain weight. If you eat 500-750 more calories than whatever the minimum is you should be where you want to be in that amount of time.

                    Eat; eats, and eat more! If you want to gain weight eat a lot and have a ultralslim fast shake with those meals. Or a protein shake with the meals. You have to eat, I know that is not easy, but that is the best way to gain weight. Also, look at some power bar. You do all that you will gain. Especially the shakes.

                      Ye this is the road im headed down, I was hoping there was a particular type of shake that works great that someone could recommend

                        IF you want to gain weight. Just make milk shakes. And put bananas in them with a spoon full of Peanut butter. I did that with vanilla ice cream and eat a full meal with it. I put some weight on.

                          Just eat a lot of starchy food like potatoes, spaghetti, potato chips. Drink lots of beer, play video games 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

                          Hmmmmmmm.....isn't that college life ?? LOL

                          But yeah starchy foods will make you gain weight fast.

                            Try this shake:

                            (2) Cups of Whole Milk - That is my preference but you could use 1% or 2%.

                            (1) Packet of Instant Carnation Breakfast (Rich Milk Chocolate)

                            (2) Tablespoons of Olive Oil

                            (2) Tablespoons of Flax Seed Oil

                            (2) Tablespoons of Peanut Butter

                            (1) Banana - Sometimes I'll throw in two.

                            (Grind 30-45 Seconds)

                            Boom! Add this into your daily meals along with a solid workout regimen and results will follow.

                            Plus, it's delicious!

                              Nice! And should I add a scoop of ice cream for the mix?

                              Also Ive never heard of Flax Seed Oil, how vital is that for the shake? Also I wonder how many calories this baby has?
