Hell isn't good enough for this guy.

    http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/05/05/...own/index.html

What kind of person cold do this? He should be tied to four F350s pointing North, South, East, and West and we hold a lottery to see who gets to wave the starter flag.

It's a dirty game? My God.

If I was that baby's uncle, I'd wear out about 20 pairs of Tim's before I got tired stomping on his butt.

No doubt! That would be an appetizer. Can they send this guy to the chair tonight?

        Words cannot describe this guy....

At least, not words I can use here.

Sorry man. Congrats. As a father myself I find this unbelievable. I just can't fathom the total lack of respect for a defenseless life. How was this guy walking the streets for 20 years?

I don't even get the "cruel/unusual" punishments.......... if you're going to kill him, you're going to kill him.......

For his death penalty, I'd take his behind to the deepest part of Death Valley, CA in late June/early July and strap him down in something sturdy, chop his hands and feet off, and just let him sit there in the middle of Death Valley without any fresh fluids and die a slow death...........

I'd just like to let him suffer for a few hours before the death, but that's just me...........

True. Some people get their chance at this game called life and they fail.

This is so horrible. He ended the life of a child, and no doubt ruined the life of several others, including himself.

How could you have the thought process to do this? To actually pick up the baby and throw it? Did anything go through his mind while holding the baby? Its just unbelivable how anyone could do this and his response is, "its a dirty game." Every single day I read numerous things on the news that make me scared to ever bring a child in this world.

If he tossed my child across the room, he wouldn't have made it to the car.

                        This is sickening.

There are times I wish that cops would just put a bullet in the criminals heads. Especially like cases like this.

Yeah, but to tell you the truth this has been going on since the beginning of time. The only reason we hear about it so much is becasue of the media sources we have. Violence has always been a part of the World.
