Speaking of chicken tenders, it is this place out here right across the street from KFC called Hook. Their chicken tenders be 8 inches long and it comes with a lot of fries. Way much better deal.

Hook is also the same place where you can get a pan of 20 wings for $10. And a pan of 50 wings for $26. They sell fish there as well.

You look at Hook and that place be crowded around the clock, look at KFC, never really do get crowded, be empty most of the days of the week.

grill your own chicken, save money, save fat. Be healthy and happy!

100% agree. I believe the chicken breasts I buy have 0.5 grams of fat and they are relatively cheap as well. My wallet and health defiantly appreciates it.

It sucks that eating remotely healthy is so damn expensive. You can eat like absolute crap at McDonalds and other places by living off the value menu cheaply...

Anything that isn't horrible for you is so expensive usually.

Use your freezer. Buy in bulk and freeze leftovers. Also, frozen veggies are amazing. They add to any meal and are easy to snack on when your your hungry.

Snack on veggies ? Good lord, hell no. Reminds me of the time when I was in grad school this guy who was in one of my classes use to walk around with a sandwich bag full of cut up pieces of celery and carrots. But he was a vegetarian.

Odd guy really seeing him snack on that stuff. He had the kind of look just screamed I am mass murder, make fun of me if you want to and you will be next LOL.

I mean picking up food...Subway can be healthy, but pretty much all cheap fast food is horrible for you (and I avoid eating it)...

I'd just wish for more healthy but cheaper alternatives for those days I'm wiped after work and just don't feel like cooking.

I've cut fast food out of my diet and I feel good...but frustrating when you need a quick cheap meal.

Im not a fan of the Grilled Chicken anyways so not worried about the price. For some reason I have had it twice and both times its been dry. Ill just stick to the Fried Chicken

Why don't you grill up a bunch of chicken on the weekend and eat it during the week. I usually grill a 4lb bag of chicken breasts. Barbeque 2 of them and eat them right there. Then I have some unbarbqued left over and chop that up with some peppers and seasoning and have fajitas for 2 days. 3 meals right there.

Then you can grill a steak and microwave a couple baked potatoes on another night, 15 minutes total right there.

So there's 4 meals right there without much work. I grill at least 3 times a week though and when I do, I always make extra to last for the next day too.
