He's obviously trying to either use her as a "beard" or feels pressure into trying to be heterosexual because he is having shame issues when he shouldn't.
How old is your friend, may I ask? I hang around with both gay men and lesbian women quite often (that happens when you live in Lakewood, Ohio... all the Cleveland people will get that one. LOL!) so I may be able to give you some better advice once I know more details.Comment
