Well I will admit I'm a wine drinker, not everyday, but enough to have tasted many wines in my time, I love wine it gives me a nice taste as well as a nice buzz, I prefer it over any heavy alcohol or beer. I just drank a few glasses and feel pretty good, it's Friday the kids are sleeping and me and my girl are enjoying ourselves. Any more wine drinkers out there?

Ha my aunt gave my mom a dessert wine from Leesburg, VA (she lives nearby) -- it's called Fabbioli Cellars Raspberry Merlot. Not normally my style, but it was pretty damn good... we had some cherry pie and it went great... just finished mine off.
But yeah, I normally drink wine and beer. Especially when I make spaghetti or really almost anything tomato-based, I crave red wine. I'm not a connesieur of wine by any means (I'm more of a beer snob than a wine snob), but I buy pretty damn tasty cheap wines. I normally don't spend more than $15 per bottle and drink some nice wines -- there's a big liquor store that has a lot of revolving sales on high-rated wines, so I pick those up from time to time. But mostly it's to the liquor store a block over for some Yellow Tail-type bottle for $7.99.
Oh, and I'm a huge fan of Prosecco. I like other sparkling wines/champagne/cava also, but for the dollar, I normally enjoy Proseccos the most. I like making Bellinis for late breakfasts ha.. blend up some mango or white peaches and stir the Prosecco into it. I like floating a raspberry in it too if I'm really feeling fancy. My uncle is a big-time wine guy, so I get pretty spoiled with my wines.
Some of the stuff in his cellars is just unfathomable.

Last weekend my dad came and visited me at school. I always drink wine, but it tends to be cheap magnums. haha. He took me to Trader Joes and stocked up my wine cellar. Its nice, Im having a wine and dinner party later this week after finals are over...

I am a beer guy who very rarely find a wine I like. I did find one last month and have bought 3 bottles already(unheard of for me.) Dragonfly Red Table Wine by Glacial Ridge Winery, Spicer MN. It is a dessert wine I guess, sweet, fruity and goes down really good. I will give you a bottle of wine that will have you tripping over your own thoughts...LOL... If you know what wine to get, you can get f'ed up very quickly. Most don't know that some wines have more alcohol then liquor and beer.

ohh man wine headaches are the worst!!!!
I grew up with drinkers in my family that drink ONLY whiskey. So Jack, and other hard liquors were the primary form of drinks.
Still to this day I prefer my hard liquor, but I also don't mine a glass of wine. But good Beer is still my favoriteComment
