Like from YouTube? Just paste the Embed code and it will work. Most video sites either have that shown to the side of the page or have an expandable window within the video that will allow you to embed the video. On YouTube it's under the video description.

If you're using IE you might need to copy and paste it onto word first then on here.

I paste it to Wordped (or whatever that little application under Accesories called - not the notebook) first - it always works.
