Indeed. PSX and N64 were the systems of my day and there was always someone with their door open playing Madden or Goldeneye.PS: You guys are great.

I'd take it with you, but just don't be only a "hardcore gamer" while at college. Have fun and do stuff with other people. We used to have awesome Blitz battles on the N64, but that was just fun with friends. Then there was that guy down the hall who just sat in his room playing Zelda and stuff by himself all the time. How is that part of the college experience?
I would say take it. Its nice for some down time. Both my roommate and I brought our 360s and endlessly talked about bringing our N64 and Super Nintendo, though it never amounted to anything.Comment

Re: Take my ps2 to college dorm with me?
Maybe he was related to my neighbors from this past year? Every single day I passed their dorm they would have their door open, both playing World of Warcraft with headphones on. I heard them talk ONCE all year, and they had no tv, no guests, no anything. One weekend I came back at 3am, and they were STILL rocking the WoW....
So yeah, don't be that guy.Green Bay Packers | Milwaukee Brewers | Bradley Braves | Wisconsin Badgers

I always saw him in there playing videogames... think I saw him leave the floor once to go get food. I never once saw him go to class or anything. In fact, one time he took a dump and went back to his room without even washing his hands. I guess he was really in a hurry to get back to his gaming.
So yeah, don't be that guy.Comment

Re: Take my ps2 to college dorm with me?
When i was in the Army I knew a guy who lived for World of Warcraft. He was incredibly intelligent so i guess he was really good at it. Either way, he never wanted to go out, so we all chipped in and bought him a Hooker. I guess he decided he liked sex and always wanted to go out after that night. One night I saw him buying a Hooker infront of a Jack in the box at like 3 AM. Moral of the story, play video games.
If you find out who your roommate is, see if he is taking his Xbox or PS3.
Either way cant hurt.Last edited by Cusefan; 06-27-2009, 04:16 PM.My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

No reason not to take it. It's good for social stuff if nothing else.
We used to play Mario Kart every once in a while on my buddy's modded Xbox. It's fun. And we'd sit around BSing and drinking while taking turns trying to beat events on Burnout as well... finals week was fun that semester.Originally posted by DaImmaculateONeHow many brothers does Sub-zero running around in his clothing?
