Re: Who Betta? In-N-Out or Five Guys?

I'm partial to both for different Reasons.

In-N-Out Burger- I only ate there a couple of times when visiting Cali. But the Burgers are great. The fries are very subpar. But the Messy fries with SH@t all over them "I don't know the Name of the fry plate" but they are wonderful.. BUt to me the best thing about IN-N-Out burger is the atmosphere. That place is always jamb packed inside and out with cars lined out into the streets. HOWEVER, It was really impressive to see employees with scan guns taking your order so when you get to the window, the order is ready Pay n Go!! The line moves with ease. A Mcdonalds Drive-Thru line with 5 cars would take longer then In-N-Out burger with 20 cars in line. That has been my experience with this burger joint the couple of times I ate there. Oh and the Beautiful cali weather you can sit outside and enjoy!!

Five Guys- Only been there 1 time. The burger was pretty good but not nearly as good as IO burger.. But the french fries at Five guys are amazing. They give you a ton and they are wonderful. Atmosphere is blah tho...

All in All, both places have their strengths and weakness but I think INO burger wins by Atmosphere, Customer Service, And burgers.

            Never had either...

Red Robin is my favorite burger place. Although I think it's a much different than the one's listed.

In-N-Out is better to me, but I never heard of Five Guys.

Yep they are good. I used to get the Whiskey burger. I still like Nations the best. Great every thing there.

Having been to both, I can say both are awesome. But I would have to give Five guys the edge, I was stoned when I ate there though so my opinion may be skewed.

                      I've been to both...

In-N-Out wins the burger, hands down.

                      Five Guys wins the fries.

In-N-Out wins overall for service and quality. The Five Guys I've been to have been very inconsistent and no better staffed than your local McDonalds. In-N-Out was always a notch better (they pay their employees good wages and benefits)

I go to the Five Guys in Charlotte and would not spend more than 10.

I'm an east coaster and southern boy, so I don't know anything about In-N-Out, but some of the stuff said about Five Guys is LoL bad.

Maybe the non-DMV franchises are terrible, but some of the stuff here is just WTF and others make me think that In-N-Out has to suck if it is comparable or worse than Five Guys in some qualities.

Isn't there on in Alexandria or do I have that confused with Fuddruckers?
