Virus/Malware/Spyware or whatever this is!

Ok I have noticed in my spy bot scans that it would only say the only file being scanned at the bottom as virtumonde.dll or virtumonde.sdn. It used to say all the files being scanned, but now it doesn't. Also, my AVG says one of my accessed files are infected and when I click "more info" it tells me, "C:/WINDOWS/system32/svchost.exe" I don't know what this means, so I need some help.
