Your talking about 1.5 millions prescribers, who don't have time to talk to the reps to begin with, and you want them to remember if they asked for some information or not on a certain day and time. Most of the doctors would lawyer up to begin with to protect themselves, so it just not feasible to track, interview, and expect to get any credible information from those doctors.

"Oh its so hard. Oh, its going to be difficult." Waaa-waaa. Waaa.
Just because the people behind the act wear suits, live in the suburbs instead of the ghetto, you want to forget about it. That's no excuse. These people did the act. The authorities know they did the act. They should get the same punishment as anybody who did a similar act. Jail.
Edit: Another thing......
Prosecutors don't have to prove each & every count. Just enough to prove their conspiracy to push drugs. And w/all these cases, once you get some of the smaller fish to turn evidence, they'll reel in the big fish. If it works in mob cases where the threat of killing witnesses is real, it certainly should work in corporate crime.Last edited by J0nnD0ugh; 09-07-2009, 04:07 AM.Originally posted by VP Richard M.
