Deep Fried Butter for the Win!

We've had a few threads here lately...The Angus Burger, The Chicken on Bacon on Chicken Cheese sandwich, but this has got to take the cake. Cut to the chase, go straight for the heart. But Deep Fried Butter...That is living the high life.

I'm sure a few lads here will be familiar with these as there are some from the UK. I've been away from the UK for several years now but a popular item at my local fish & chippy is a deep-fried mars bar. yes a Mars bar!

Fried butter? Gross. I remember at the Orange County Fair they had friend chicken breast sandwhich only the bun was a Krispy Kreme donut

Just reading through the whole linkto the deep-fried butter story there's another concoction that involved deep-fried pineapple chunks topped with banana-flavored whipped cream flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Who comes up with this crap?

this sounds really unhealthy but it probably doesn't taste as bad as fried shrimp toast. <-- ewwww don't ever order chinese food unless your sure that it taste good. You probally know that already. They aren't afraid to sell nasty sh%t.

They have fried ice cream in Mexican restaurants here a lot too... not sure where that came from, but it's *** **** delicious. Do they do it with a slightly-sweetened corn flake-style crust down there?

Kind of a small picture, but this gives you an idea. Haha, it was taken from the same crazy-*** Texas state fair as the fried butter apparently:



But yeah, it's in both Asian and Mexican restaurants, though I see it here more commonly at Mexican places. They serve it with some whipped cream and chocolate drizzled on it normally, sometimes a caramel sauce.
