OS High School Hoopers, what is your team doing for conditioning?

My school does conditioning 3 times a week while we do open gyms every like 2 times. What do your coaches do for conditioing? My first day was yesterday i was sucking for wind. I havent ran for like a month and a half .
First we do, jumping back and forth over lines. 50 yard shuttles which you go back and forth 6 times which equals 300 yards. Then we do 30 yard shuttles which equals 180 overall. We do the shuttles 2 times each. Then we do some easy running where we try to catch our partner. Then we do this thing call an "All-American" You run 80 yards back, 60 yardsback, 40 yards back 20 yards back then 10 yards back. Then we lift weight for an hour.
what does your school make your team do?

I play football, but normally basketball players workout with us in the offseason and most basketball players play football anyway.

We lift for an hour, then run. Only a couple days a week are actually for conditioning, the others are more focused on speed and agility (which is still really tiring).

Typical day last summer running I'd say we would do a long warm up (kinda tiring), line drills (jumping over line), dot drills (we have these rubber mats with dots and it basically amounts to a lot of jumping mostly on one leg, really tiring and hurts calves), rotate through 4 different agility drills (4 reps on each, drills sometimes include T drill, illinois drill, etc).

Then we do 4 pro agilities (2 each way). About 3 or so 5-10-5 drills.

Finish up with 2 300 yard shuttles. When we do the shuttles we're in teams, and winning teams get a reward, so it's balls to the wall.

Some days are maybe a little easier, and several are quite a bit tougher than that, but that's about what a summer morning running is for us, it's a little lighter during the school year in off-season.

Well, our strength and condition coach divides us up into teams for summer workouts. You get points for each person who's there, getting all your reps, and winning competitions during running. Each week the winners get these pretty cool wristbands, and the winning team for the whole summer gets tshirts that say you won.

We did the same, and more for football my freshman. We got a new coach my sophomore year, and the workload was a lot less. I didn't play, as I fractured a bone in my lower back my freshman year in game 1, but still worked out (Just couldn't take any hits, or the pain was intense). Sometimes after standing up for an hour straight, I could barely bend down. But, 1 career varsity tackle.

For basketball we lift, and play, each for about an hour. Ours starts here in about a week.

            Reward? Are you serious?

When I was in high school your reward was staying on the team...do you guys alternate who brings juice boxes after the games?
