Yeah, really. STD's in general, not just HIV. Personally, if a girl is into this kind of thing (5 guys, 1 girl... no cups, I assume) then chances are she's a dirty skank with a high possibility of some kind of disease. I'd keep my distance.

This is a subject that bites both ways. I live with a girl who was raped by one of my friends, he says the sex was consensual. She never filed charges.

I have worked with victims of sexual assault and date rape and it is much more a symptom of a societal impulse where men are rewarded for being promiscuous and women are denigrated.

I find most men are very hypocritical in their actions and what they expect others to do.

From my experiences in life 95% of these situations revolve around men's attitude towards sex and their aggression towards it. Women (a small %) take part in the action the male desires (casual, freaky sex) and then feels the shame afterwards (presented often by the same males who she engaged with in the action) then accuses them.

But when it comes to cases of rape or sexual assault these cases are in the minority while women not reporting them are in the majority. It is a shame when these situations happen because they make every other cases delegitimized.

Most porn is basically female rape/prostitution IMO (all for males, females basically property). I found that quote funny because most of my ardent feminist friends would tear into this.

While the guys technically did nothing wrong, I will say that running a train in the dorm bathroom is hardly a good idea, especially if the girl may have been drinking. It sucks that they had to go through all these allegations, but probably a better idea not to run the train on some random girl at a party (just to be safe)...Girls like that are usually a million different kinds of crazy and you never know what'll happen (rape charges, std's, knocking her up, etc).

Well if she is drunk she lacks the capacity to consent, hence it is still rape. It is scary how easy it is for a woman to cry rape while having to take no responsibilities for their actions that lead to the rape. In my legal opinion the current way rape is treated and enforced doesn't pass Constitutional standards as the crime cannot be, and if it can is never prosecuted where a woman takes advantage of a drunk man.

One of my friends in college was expelled after he allegedly raped a girl on campus. His version was that she consented and that they were both drunk. She pressed charges, without any due process he was expelled and his name forever tarnished. Nothing ever came of the charges, at least nothing that was reported in the news leading me to believe charges were dismissed, as even a plea deal would have made news where we were, given who the kids parents were.

Even some kiddy porn wouldn't be rape, like wherever the age of consent is 16 or 17. She could legally engage in the sexual acts, but not in the filming or picture taking of said act. Truthfully I don't know why someone could consent to sex but not to the recording of the act.

The logic I've seen put forth is that the person is too young to understand the consequences of permanently capturing an image of themselves engaged in a sexual act. I guess somehow that is harder for them to appreciate than the prospect of becoming a parent while still in high school. Seems to me the latter would be more of a concern, but I guess not to the idiots who write these laws. The way I see if if you can legally engage in sexual intercourse you can legally have pictures taken of it. I full well realize there are a lot of policy arguments against my stance, but honestly it's hyperbole and rhetoric to push a moral agenda that "porn is bad...mmmmkay".

Which is basically a form of rape. Read some books for or against porn. There is plenty of literature on this subject about how women are treated in porn, how they are brought into porn (or prostitution, almost always brought in by a male).

Those are paid porn actors who know exactly what's going on. No one is being coerced into anything. They're being paid to act like they're found on the street, and then to film a porn set inside a vehicle...

There are two distinct types of prostitution with varying levels between them. On one you have the completely above board (as far as I know) Reno type shops where the girls are able to enter and exit the business as they please without recourse. On the other you have sex slaves, with the average pimp/hook relationship falling more in that camp. However, as far as I know, porn "actresses" are free to leave any time they want without facing beatings or intimidation.

How would you know? For all we know it's always been her dream to get gangbanged. Non of us were there, but it seems pretty obvious on the video that she was by no means opposed to the sex.

That stuff is staged, those girls are not just picked up. If you do not believe that some girls like it, look no further that craigslist. Hell I have met a few girls who like it in multiple holes, whatever floats your boat.
