-Some kind of weird lip movements
-Popped collars
-Hats titled at a certain angle
-Overly tanned skin
-Overly gelled, spiked hair
-Dress shirts/Pink shirts/Way too small shirts

I don't know about the second pic with the guy in the pink shirt.
Maybe he looks like a douche, but calling him one because of the articles of clothing he's wearing is far-fetched.
A pink shirt is worn by many people now. It's just a fad that's become a trend. Nothing big about it.
The guy is obviously muscular so why fault him for wearing a tight shirt? It's not even gay tight. It's just not loose.
The tattoo? I mean, seriously? We're looking at chinese letters as a symbol of being a douche? I think that's a huge stretch.
Even the hat is just pushing it. Ok, maybe he did purposely wear it to the side, but calling him a douch for doing that is like calling someone a thug for wearing a do-rag under their Yankees cap. It's not always true.
