Re: Thick Crust vs Thin Crust

    There should be 3 choices.

Thin (i.e. like the cracker thin crust popular with the low carb crowd)
Normal (i.e. New York Style Pizza)
Thick Crust (i.e. Deep Dish/Pan/Chicago style).

    I like Normal, the best.

100% depends on the pizza, but the best pizza I've ever had has thin crust so I'll go with that.

This thread is irrelevant....because there are people who are not from, or haven't been to and eaten pizza in New York voting.

                Thin crust.

But I find since there is less crust I tend to want to eat more, and you can likely eat as much in calories/fat by eating more slices of thin, as you do by just eating say two slices of regular/thick crust. So gotta watch the thin crust, it'll sneak up on you.

Gonna make pizza this weekend... definitely going with a thin crust and I'm hitting it with super-thinly sliced Yukon Gold potatoes, Iberian ham, tarragon, and some gooey fancy cheese. Drizzle some olive oil and throw some arugula on that mofo and I'll be in heaven.
