My last story of the day...

A Virginia man was arrested for being naked - in his own home.

Eric Williamson was making coffee in his kitchen Monday morning and didn’t thing anything of the fact that he was nude since he was alone in the house, according to WTTG-TV.
But a woman and her 7-year-old son happened to be strolling through his front yard and saw the 29-year-old having breakfast in the buff through his window.
They called the cops on Williamson and he was arrested for indecent exposure, according to the Fox station.
The man argued that he had no idea he could be seen, but cops believe he wanted people to see him like that.
“If I stood and seemed comfortable in my kitchen, it's natural. It's my kitchen,” Williamson told the station.
He faces a year in jail and a $2,000 fine, but plans to fight the charge

Mothers need to stop being so freaking uptight about everything. Guess what? Your kids are still going to get naked and **** some people when their a teenager, no matter how much you try and shield them.

Well there are 3 sides to every story. Hers, His, and the truth.

Dude was probably standing right infront of a Bay Window would be my guess if he got arrested. Probably sipping his coffee with his schlong in plain view giving a wink and a nod to all the passerby's.

I have a feeling that this guy wasn't doing anything wrong. There's a huge difference between having coffee in the buff and pressing your balls against your glass front door. If you know what I'm sayin'

What person isn't aware of open windows while naked? Something just seems fishy, I don't think they'd arrest someone if it was just of the accidental nature. There are a ton of sickos out there who'd do this on purpose...

Yep. I hate how puritanical and stupid America is about sexuality. If dude's walking down the street naked or flashing people then yeah... in his house? I don't really care if he was pressing his balls up to the glass, it's his damn house and they're in his yard.

I get the impression that it was a large window facing the front of his property (and the sidewalk), not some small window on the side of the house and she was peeping or something. It'd have to be blatantly sketchy for the cops to make an arrest here...something like a huge, open window facing the street where it's not possible to even glance at the house without seeing schlong.

I agree with everyone that the attitude towards nudity here is idiotic (like the Janet Jackson thing)...I'm also just more of the opinion that this guy was a creeper wanting to expose himself to others

All the reports say that he was making coffee (talk about hazardous.. watch out for splashes!). If he was trying to show himself off, he would be standing in the window or something. People who are nudists better be careful with this crap going on, so ridiculous. I've probably walked naked in front of a window at some point in my life, it happens -- just so happened that some lady and her kid were in dude's yard, that's not his fault.

All I can say is, I get off work in and hour and I don't plan on leaving my house all weekend because I've got a full slate of football and video games planned. So, it probably wouldn't be to smart for anyone to come within 10 yards of my windows this weekend...If your picking up what I'm putting down......

Wow I am having a hard time not taking some of these stories into the political aspect of how screwed up our country and its legal system is.

This is wrong on many levels.

1. She is in HIS yard. - Trespassing
2. She is looking in HIS window - Invasion of privacy
3. If he had his self in plain view, they would be parading it all over how he is another sicko exposing his self to other residents. This is not the case, no mention at all of anything along those lines. Instead it is very vague about what happened.

Sad situation what this world is coming to.

I can agree...I just don't know whether it's how you say, or how I think (the creepy sicko). I just can't imagine the cops arresting some guy who was walking by the window or whatnot, so I'm more on the creepy side.

Plus, who the hell makes coffee naked? That ish gets hot...what's next, he gonna fry up some bacon in the nude?

I'd be really interested to see a picture of the front of his house so we can get an idea whether he was posing or if she was just being a biatch.
