There is a story my father told me a couple of years ago of how he was playing the Family Feud board game with a few people. It was him and some chick he knew vs my two cousins, the question was what is a animal you keep as a pet. The woman answers and says..........Shark.

That's actually not as dumb as it may sound. There are some smaller species of shark that people could keep as pets if they had the time and money granted it wouldn't be a very common pet. Also, there are a group of small freshwater fish called commonly called "sharks" because there body shape resembles that of sharks though they are actually related to Carp. I actually used to have a few of these. Here's a picture. The silver and black one is a bala shark while near the bottom right is the tail of my red-tailed black shark (it's tail was actually orange)

True story:

A couple years ago, the wife and I were at a Packers bar (Wife's a Packers fan) and her friend was showing a brand new Packers blanket still in the clear plastic bag.

She tells my wife: "I'd love to put this blanket in my baby's crib, but I can't."

Wife:"Why not?"
Friend: "Says right here 'keep away from infants. May cause suffocation' ".

Me: "Umm, Cindy, they're referring to the plastic bag the blanket came in...."

All: ROTFLOAO!!!!!!!!!!!

While talking about the Grand Canyon my room mate's chick says, "Why would someone make a huge hole in the ground?" She's not that bright to start with but I just about called her stupid right there. We've both laughed our collective butt's off since she left yesterday.

In public speaking, we had to give a 1 minute impromptu speech, meaning we just go up and talk about a subject off the top of our heads.


This one kid gets up and literally says and I quote: "Cruises are really fun. One time I went on a cruise and... I know sometimes people fall off of cruise ships, but you should go on one."
