So my dad is in a book!

My dad is a retired police officer. About 15 years ago he did a polygraph for a police dept. in Utah on a murder suspect. It was a pretty high profile case there. The lead detective on the case recently wrote a book about it. Its a novel based on the case, not an actual story of the case.

He made my dad, well at least his name, the lead detective in the novel. Pretty damn cool.

So the cop's name is YankeePride?

By the way, there's something I should tell you...

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Ok, but seriously, that's really cool. What is the name of the book?
