Almost makes you want to give up on the human race. All over a bike.

Sad story one I have heard way too much in my line of work. The sad thing is I am responsible to educate kids like these. Oh well. Hope the little boy can make it through all this.

Agreed, you shouldn't be forgiven for doing something like that. That's just awful.

Things like this make me sick and is one more reason why I don't watch horror movies like Saw etc..
              Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

Bad news reminds you of the time you're living in. Plus, this was related to a subject we were already talking about. Unfortunately, I saw it got locked. So I couldn't put it there like I planned.

Well, that type of news is all around us. You don't have to go very far to find it. I fear for the sanity of our world.

Earl Warren had a saying to that effect.

"I only read the sports page because the front page deals with man's failures."

Sad story though. I wonder if the 10 or so people who voted no about snitching to the police in the other thread would want to be set ablaze in public and not have anyone report it?

Makes me want to cry.... 2 things come to mind.

The victim first- nobody deserves this over $40.

The attackers 2nd- tried as an adult? If you do something this ******* stupid, isn't that reason enough to realize these dudes ARENT capable of adult thought?

If they're tried as adults, they'll have a looooooooong time to think about what they did. It also means that the attackers have been evaluated as pure evil, with no redemption in sight.

                          Where's the parents?

That's awful. Who would even want to do something like that? I mean, beat him up or something.. why do you have to burn him alive? Some people just have sick minds I guess. They get a thrill out of burning people..

Good news doesn't get page hits. Bad news makes more waves so it'll be reported as often as possible. The world has been just as bad in previous centuries, but due to the way in which information travels now we know about 10 bodies found in Cleveland instantly. Whereas something like that 25 yrs ago would've taken months to get from Cleveland to Virginia.

As for the topic of the thread...what was even "snitched"? This is an example of suburban kids trying to act out "thugism" and apply to some purchase of a video game...???

This epitomizes all ******** "snitching" has become. At least in terms of being in a gang or living in a drug/crime-riden community you have the object of fear of getting killed to fall back on w/ "snitching". This however is just utterly stupid, and some "Malibu's Most Wanted" ish.
