So, I finally took action today...

I heard them at about 9 this morning. I wasn't sleeping, but the serenity of a quiet apartment was interrupted by her incessant moaning and his skin smacking hers.

So, I turned on the loudest porn I had in my collection, seeked it to about halfway through, and cranked the volume up. Then, I went to take a shower.

I came out of the bathroom a few minutes later to one of my other roommates giving me a bit of a strange look (I've told him I wanted to do this before... I think he was just surprised that I actually did it). Then, the roommate who had just finished banging his girl was at the bottom of the steps (he and I live downstairs... the shower is upstairs).

"I like the soundtrack," he said laughing.

My reply was simply, "Well, I figure if I have to listen to it a few times a week..."


I'm afraid I may have only stirred the pot though. I shouldn't have mentioned that it was in retaliation of their raucous love-making. But I think they might not have gotten the point otherwise.

I'm anticipating exaggerated, obnoxious noises over the next few weeks, though.

I'm not about to get a girlfriend just to spite my friend. And it's not like I haven't been trying to land that "friend with benefits." It just hasn't worked out.

Like I said, I get girls in bed. But he and his girl are at it a couple times a week.

So, I finally took action today...

That isn't really taking action, man.

Just man up and speak your mind. People always seem to build these kinda things up in their head more than they should, just ask him to keep it down and they will most likely comply.

If they don't, then butter your apartment floor like in that one YouTube vid.
