    Weight Lifting

I've been weight lifting for a solid two months now after my nose surgery. Before I lifted and all but I wasn't serious about it. I have seen a thread where everyone talked about where they are all at and stuff. I just wanted to know what you all take and what kind of workouts you use.

Right now I am taking some Whey in the morning about 2 hours before I lift then a half hour before I take some N.O Loaded (nitric oxide) with an apple. Then lift for a solid hour and a half after the workout I take Muscle milk. I'm going to be switching between N.O Explode and N.O. Loaded. My after work out I want to be switching it between Muscle Milk and something else but I have yet to look into it yet I am thinking about Animal Test or something close to that.

Now my workout routine as of now I just started is a five week workout to build muscle wile boosting energy. I do heavy weeks one and five. moderate with 3 of 10 for weeks 2 and 4 and then light for week three with 3 of 30.
I am right now 195. body fat of 14, six feet tall.
My bench is at a 235, Squat 355 I feel I can do better, and hang clean very sad 155. Those are just some numbers.

If you have any recommendations for my after workout supplement hit me back other than that let me know how everyone is doing.

    Re: Weight Lifting

my only supplement now it whey protein. I do love NO exploed but, I just can't afford it constantly. I lift 4 days a week have been for 13 years. I bench 315 for sets of 10 and can't squat anymore do to my left knee being destroyed from 8 years of wrestling and 10 years of football. I hit the gym at 5:30 but, just haven't been as hardcore since I had my kids. I want to get the abs and veins back someday.
    Gaming hard since 1988

I have won like 25 Super Bowls in Madden so I am kinda a big deal.

I feel you no loaded can be very expensive, but I am not a morning person and i have to lift at 6 inthe morning because of school so i depend on the nitric oxide and apple to wake me up haha. But I feel you about the veins and abs there finally coming in and it feels great to know I'm working hard 5 days out of the week

Here's the link to the other thread. Wish it was still active, I learned a lot of good information because of it.
