I own a pair of hand-me-down computers. My primary is a PC my friend gave me in 2003. I don't know what it is, but it does have dial-up and AOL, so I'm pretty much all set. I'm thinking its origin may be 1998.
I also received a laptop from a friend a few months ago but it sits in my closet because I can't figure out how to adapt it to a dial-up connection. My plan is to upgrade my internet service at some point.Comment

Hp quad core 6357c with 42" Dynex monitor. Gateway 15" laptop that is waaay out of date. And my old faithful homebuilt Athlon 64 with a 17" Dell CRT that I have for my 4 year old.Note to Tiburon Marketing:

Sold my (18mth old) 20" iMac today for half what I paid brand new. Pretty happy with the money I got for it.
I'm doing a big cull at the moment. Selling heaps of games I don't need/play that I only bought because they were cheap and selling any gadget I either don't use or have two or more of.
I'm using my Media Centre PC (Windows 7) as my desktop for now and it's a bit quicker and powerful than the oldish iMac. It'll do me fine for another 12 mths hopefully.Comment
