    Beezid

Has anyone ever used this site? I saw a commercial for it during an NFL game. Expensive hundreds of dollars items going for $20. On front page it has a $100 Best Buy GC about to go for .13 cents.

    Re: Beezid

so everytime there is a bid the auction is continued....

I don't think the items are going to go for that much of a bargain.

edit: now that I looked at it some more, there could be some good deals. You have to buy bids, however, and they can cost $1 each. Then you bid 30 cents on the best buy gift card, some guy bids 31 cents, and you just wasted a dollar.

it's a risk reward thing for sure

edit again: This site is genius, and addicting, LOL

So how does the auction end if it is continued with each bid?

OK, this is insane, there has to be a catch here. Can anyone prove that this is real? It said someone just got a KIA Soul for $26.56.

If I am reading it correctly, the catch is they're getting a dollar for every bid and bidder's can only bid one penny at a time. So, they actually made $26,560 on that car that sold for 26.56.

Also, the odds of you actually winning have to be fairly slim, Depending on how many people are bidding on that particular item at the same time. So, yes it's definitely a gamble with a big risk/reward and I guess your odds are a little better than going to the casino and hitting it big playing slots.

Anyways, I don't see myself joining (unless I'm wrong about $1 a bid) . However, if one of you guys joins let me know, I'll be interested in seeing how you fare.

I joined and got 3 free bids, I used 2 of them and didn't win of course, and then my other bid disappeared somehow.

I've been watching most of the day. Each bid cost an average of $0.70. You can buy like 400 at a time if you want.

Guys got a PS3 for like $30 a couple of times (including bid prices). Other times I've seen people who paid $600 for the PS3 (over retail) because they got too invested and then HAD to win it (a winning price of $50 or whatever but they had 500+ bids on it)

                  Its risk/reward but legit
