Have you ever canceled a ticketmaster order?
I bought 3 extra tix for a UFC event, and I doubt I'll be able to sell them. At this point I just want them off of my hands and I was thinking about canceling the order on my CC. I know you're not allowed to do it, but I have no choice. My wife will kill me if I don't get the money back.

Re: Have you ever canceled a ticketmaster order?
I don't think you have any choice but to keep all the tickets. You can't just cancel 3 of the tickets. If you try that, ticketmaster will just show them your order. You might be able to say someone used your credit card online, but you have to cancel all the tickets for that to even have a chance of working. -

You have 3 tickets to a stacked UFC event, why wouldn't you be able to sell them (I assume you're not marking up the face value by %500)?Comment

Re: Have you ever canceled a ticketmaster order?
I've bee trying to sell them on craigslist for face value for the last two weeks.
No one is willing to spend $300 a ticket. I'm an idiot for buying them int he first place.Comment

Ya you are.
Ticketmaster offers a $6 per ticket insurance. If you buy the insurance and can't go you get your money for the ticket back.Comment

Re: Have you ever canceled a ticketmaster order?
I just checked Craigslist and Stubhub and it looks like lots of other people bought them to scalp too. There's a flood of tickets out there.
Perhaps you could try your luck on Stubhub. If it's free to list but they will take a cut if the tickets sell.Comment
