You can always get the low sodium V8... it just pretty much has no taste.

I myself though drink the V8 and the V8 Splash.

Or buy yourself a juicer and just hit up your local fresh market.

        Seriously...I'm with Odogg on this.

I pop open a can and have it with breakfast. I don't have time to be making my own in a juicer every morning. If you can/do great for you, but I don't.

Just for curiosity's sake...Do you guys, who push the "extra" healthy line every time a food is brought up, also raise your own chicken/livestock? Grow the vegetables in your garden? Churn your own extra healthy butter?

V8 Splash might as well be soda...So I stay away from that. I like drinking the regular v8...It has about 8 or 9g of sugar in it but the nutrients you get from it makes it relatively healthy.

And the point of that would be? I use Spicy V8 for my homemade -- and quite delicious if I may say so -- bloody mary recipe. Add some woozy, sriracha hot sauce, a little horsey sauce, a squirt of lemon or lime juice, fresh pepper, dash of garlic & celery salt. Shake well and top with some Old Bay. Goodbye hangover!

Damn QB that sounds EXCELLENT. I need to find all these items, cause I love me some bloody mary's but really only drink them when I go to my old mans house or if we and the lady go out to eat.

I need to copy paste this. Could you PM your ratios?

My wife drinks the Low Sodium V8 and loves it so I tried it too. I actually like the taste (though I don't know what the regular V8 tastes like, so no reference point). I thought it was better for me than I guess it is, however.
