It doesn't sound like anything...other wise it would be talking.

That was damn interesting.. I always knew there must be a reason thank you sir!

              Back to the topic.

My V.I.T.H doesn't really have a sound, it's sort of weird, kind of like a whisper of my voice but without the whispery part if that makes sense... like hearing thoughts rather than hearing words.... ahhhhh so hard to explain!!!

What a great thought to post about.

                the ****? You're a nerd.

Nah, that's pretty interesting and I've always wondered why I sound different on recordings or over the phone etc. I remember when I was younger I'd call my house phone from another phone and leave a voice mail. I'd then go listen to the voice mail to see what I sound like. Always wondered why I sounded different. lol.

                    No.

However, do you make sounds when you think? Can you hear your thoughts, is their noise to them in your head?

On the other hand, has anyone ever had a voice in their head that didn't sound like them? That'd be...weird, wouldn't it?

I don't know, this whole thread is just weird.

Very cool thread. Not one of the usual OS ones.

Now we just need to counter-balance this with the 2010 Babes Showdown.

My "Voice In The Head" just sounds like my voice. I do make characters in a book/document voice's sound diffrent so I can understand the story or whatever im reading better.

My VITH doesn't sound like my voice.

I'm in broadcasting, so I've heard my voice 1000 times, and it's definitely not what I thought I sounded like. I thought I had a deeper voice because the one in my head is the perfect broadcasting voice.

Guys that are confused about the question and claim the voice they think with is the same they speak with, I suggest you record your voice in decent quality and listen to it. Is it exactly what you thought it would sound like? If it's not, then you VITH is certainly different.

Mine sounds alot like Robert DeNiro or Al Pacino which makes absolutely no sense. I'm from North Carolina and have a southern accent. I think my "Inside Voice" has been skewed by having watched too many movies, lol.
