The Biggest fail I have ever done was when I was 13 with some friends in Michigan during the winter. It had snowed 5 or 6 inches. Some friends and I decided to go out to the a store for some drinks, but we had to walk. We were walking in the road and out of no where me and two other friends slip and bust our ***. The other 3 guys were laughing their *** off.

I've had a few wipeouts on snow or ice. A couple years ago I had gone to Subway for dinner then afterwards was walking to a computer lab to print something while carrying my drink. I stepped off a curb to cross a street and wiped out on some black ice and fell on my butt and hand while sending my drink flying half way across the street. And to add insult to injury (or more precisely, injury to insult) I pulled a muscle in the back of my shoulder while flailing my arms in a futile attempt to regain my balance.:oSteelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

Probably when I put a scratch into my friends freshly painted wall. Might not sound that bad but she hadn't moved into the house yet and I helped her paint it.
She hasn't repainted it yet and I'm reminded of it every time I visit.Comment

Back at Kent State I was hanging out with another dude and like 3 hot chicks, we were going to go somewhere and it was snowy and icy out and I thought I would be a bad *** and run and jump into the bed of my truck, and as my foot hit the back bumper I slipped and fell back onto the concrete and hit my head.
The girls came running to me to see if I was ok. I was a little dizzy but didn't black out. Got up and partied with the chicks all night.

Unfortunately English is my first language, so I'm gonna guess on this, that your trying to ask what my biggest mistake was, am I right on that?
If so that would be not putting 100% effort into my ACT. I was annoyed by the test a half hour into it, and quit caring.Comment

When I was 15 I've never driven anything in my life. So my cousin's were like go ride the 4 wheeler around so I hopped on my cousin's 4 wheeler, pressed down the gas as much as possible and went flying straight into the back of my grandpa's 2 week old F150 truck that was about 15 yards away lol.
I don't know what I was thinking. I just took off so fast I couldn't react, I didn't even let go off the gas until the 4 wheeler slammed into the back of the truck. And I didn't bother to turn to avoid hitting it. I thought the truck was going to explode or something so I hopped off the 4 wheeler real fast. I wasn't injured or anything I had some scrapes and bruises to my legs but I got yelled at and made fun of a lot after that. My whole family was there so everyone saw it. I was so embarrassed and I still look back and I'm like WTF were you thinking lol.
I did a little damage to my Grandpa's truck on the bumper but it wasn't too much to fix.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

My Biggest Fail is pretty bad. I was around 12-13 when ths happened, Me and a few of my friends were at the carrier dome watching Syacuse whoop up on some crappy team, so about midway through the 2nd half, the game got pretty boring. we were in the nosebleed seats with no one really near us so we just started goofin around.
well one of my friends dared me to stand on top of a novelty plastic cup they serve soda in, so I did. I actually managed to stand on top of it for a few seconds, then it got bad. The Soda cup flew out from under my feet, I fall on my but, and the Cup hit a girl with down syndrome in the head. So this girl is crying, I feel like an a**, then the Booing came. I probably got booed by 10,000 people, Carrier dome Security had to escort us out of the dome, people actually started throwing s*** at us.

I got married when I was 22...
Oh and on another note, about 2 weeks ago I had court in Mobile, AL. I took a sick day at work, woke up at 6 and drove 3 and a half hour's to get there. Once I got there I found a place to park and walked in only to find out that I had my days mixed up and I was there a day late.
Now I have to do the same thing one day next month. There goes my day off for when The Show drops.
