Just a frame of reference, to give you an idea of how big my arms are.

My ex girlfriend was a size 10 and I couldnt get her pants up my arm all the way to my shoulder.

Granted im a fat guy, but most of my excess weight rests in my gut. My arms and legs are fairly solid with very little jiggle.

I dont have any modern pics that I could send to HD, so I just used my wifes Sidekick II and took a pic of me and my son (SD Kev).

Hopefully it even shows, I'm not too good at these things.
