Haha... Yeah. I've had surgery on both knees, and finding it hard to gain mass back in my legs. They're stout as can be... but no mass comes back. Tore MCL, PCL, ACL, and lateral meniscus in my right knee, and ACL and MCL in left knee. I'm working on it thought stewaat.

Funny thing is, I have a 2x4 that I carry in my cruiser. My squad mates ride me about "Walking Tall"... so I carry one around. Haven't used it...

Brandon, bro... sorry to hear that you've messed your ACL. Tough injury. It took me a while to get back from all of that knee stuff. Other than not having mass... they feel pretty structurally sound.

Make sure you stick with your therapy. Can't stress that enough.
