This is something that I really wished existed, so when no one else was creating it, I decided to do it myself. FUTCast is an all-in-one Ultimate resource built for the busy sports gamer. ) but that pain is your body's way of telling you that you're still hurt, so listen to it! I'm sure you'll have physical therapy once the initial injury has subsided a bit, and while that therapy will suck massive *** for a while, you just need to go through with it. Try to keep positive thoughts and also go easy on the pain meds. Take what is prescribed for a while to lessen the pain, then deal with some pain for a few days to make sure you're not getting addicted to them. You don't want to compound your problems by getting hooked on painkillers!
