    ...Even if he had, I probably would've destroyed him that day, lol...
    Exactly! Bullies never had balls. Reminds me what happened to me in 7th grade. My spanish name was Roberto at lunch he always followed me around calling me "******o" one day I got fed up with it and through a ball into his fat gut and put my fists up. I was yelling curse words and telling him to fight....He just stared at me. Now hes about 200lbs over weight...Seen his myspace.

    EDIT: Which brings up another topic. Fat kids picking on skinny kids. Fat kids were so concerned on being fat at my school...That they would make fun of skinny kids. lol.

      I didn't get bullied in high school per say. I just got roasted for doing what I was supposed to be doing. Such as doing my homework and actually trying. I got roasted for being a virgin for christ sake... They used to call me JV (Jared Virgin).

      But most of those people are paying for it now with kids out a wedlock and no future, working dead end jobs at places like UPS. LoL. Now whose the loser...

        Yeah seems like the failures are having the kids early. I for one am going to have a career and a wife before I do that.

            I have no issue with the school being held responsible for the kid being bullied as yes, they are responsible for ensuring that the children in the school are safe and given the opportunity to learn. What I DO have a MAJOR issue with is the school being fined $35,000,000 for this. Do these parents think that because their kid was bullied, EVERY SINGLE KID AT THAT SCHOOL SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER FOR IT?!!!!!!!!! That $35,000,000 doesn't come out of some magic, endless wallet. It comes from the budget that the school has to use to provide supplies, pay the custodians, the teachers, maintain the school, etc. So if this family gets the full amount, then they will have money but every other kid at the school has to suffer and receive an inferior education whether those kids had anything to do with it or not. That is not acceptable and if I were a parent of a kid in that school I would then sue the parents of the sp-ed kid for damaging the education that my child would receive.

            God I hate the legal system in this country. Granted, more often than not it is used properly and does what it was intended to do, but in these cases where it is abused and obsured lawsuits are filed, it does so much harm that in many cases can never ben repaired.

              It comes from an insurance policy, more than likely.

                Off Topic: UPS is not a loser job. My dad has been a UPS driver for 25+yrs and along w/ my mom put my brother and sister through college (I joined the Marines).

                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                Wouldn't put too much stock into the school here not having any "record" on file for past bullying incidents.
                My wife puts referrals in ALL THE TIME at her high school, and it's seemingly rare that any are ever acted upon.
                Just recently a boy, who has been apparently harrassing a female student who he likes but she does not like him, found a way to hack into her facebook page and posted comments saying he was going to "dismantle" her and her family.
                The student then informed her teacher, and the teacher brought it to the AP who just dismissed it as "Oh that's just Manny being Manny"; the get's name is not Manny but that is what the ultimate result was. The teacher, who's friends with my wife, explained the whole situation and that's all she was able to tell me about.
                Schools are not squeaky clean at all. While I'm not calling the body levying the lawsuit to be of the utmost integrity, I'm also not about to give a 'pass' to the school since my wife has worked in 3 seperate ones, 2 of which were horrible and fudged EVERYTHING.
