Yup, because the year "20010" hasn't occurred yet... Was this a serious question?

When the year comes before the month/day, the month always follows. There is not a country that uses the Gregorian calendar and follows the year with the day and then month.

It is possible to have the day proceed the month and year.

Just remember that year and day of the month should never be written back-to-back in all digital format.

So the above should read 2010 March 10 or it can read 10 March 2010 or even March 10, 2010.

"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

            20010 was a typo I believe.

            He's asking how you read

            2010/03/10

as does it mean October 3rd, 2010 or March 10th, 2010.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
