How did you choose your screen name?

I've always been a little taller than average (6-2 with shoes) and have an athletic build, even when I'm not working out. My favorite number was always 44. And, I just think it kind of sounds cool.

I had a long running franchise in Madden 05, fantasy drafted. My running back was Portis and there was a play I ran lots called Portis Blast, running play over the tackle. Just kinda stuck I guess. I've used PortisBlast before but now I tend to shorten it to just PBlast. Random, I know haha.

About 6-7 years ago, back when I first got Xbox Live, I was wondering what I should name my XBL account. Couldn't think of a name. I went over to my computer and I had iTunes open and "Revis" was playing. It's a band that used to be really good, listened to them all the time(they disbanded a few years ago however). So I thought hmmm "Revis". Named my XBL account that and the name has stuck with me ever since. Hell, I use it for everything that even friends have started calling me Revis instead of Justin(which is my name). lol.

nickname in highschool on the basaketball court...One day I crossed a guy and one of my boys said checkmate. So ever since then everytime I crossed somebody, everybody would say checmate..It stuck, so I made a username out of it. Still checkmaten dudes today

Before Lupe Fiasco, Nas was my favorite rapper. I was anticipating his "Streets Disciple" album, and thought it was just a sick name. I started using it for forums, and that was my original name here. People referred to me as "Streets" for short, and when I donated, I shortened my screen name to Streets. I now use it for everything.

Was searching for something about an old NCAA football game, rosters maybe, and I couldn't see any forum posts without an account. So I quickly made one just for the sake of having one, thinking that it was just a fad site which I wouldn't visit again anyways, and since I was searching for the NCAA football game stuff, I just combined the name of my college and it's team name.

Yeah I think I seen this thread a few times before too. But anyway many moons ago, shot 44 out of 44 with a sniper rifle and the brigade general was standing there and yelled got mad skills son ! From that day that was my nickname he always referred to me as.
