I doubt you'll agree with this, but it may work in theory. If your body burns calories through muscle contractions and you find a way to get those contractions to occur rapidly and the contractions are strong (impact), it may work. Also, your body burns calories more if you are able to get multiple muscle contractions at once, ie bench press will burn more calories than tricep extensions. Range of motion is not necessarily as efficient when burning calories as quickness and strength of contraction.

I don't know if this thing will work, but the theory behind it is actually pretty good.

EDIT: I read up on it a little, and apparently the product is supposed to build "Longer, leaner muscles than dumbbells". I don't know if I believe this or not. I also don't know about 6 minutes a day being enough to get good results. I still think that it can be a decent toning exercise because of the principles I listed earlier, but they're probably embellishing the product and results at least a little bit.

I tried looking for the subtle joke in this video and there aren't any. The only image that makes you wonder about the product is the guy's face and his deep exhalation at the end.

Otherwise, it looks like a legit product with a bit of exaggeration as to results.

This. Where's the joke here? Looks legit to me. I don't know about the 6 minutes burning as much muscle energy as 42 minutes with standard dumbbells though.

Yeah I would say that would work. I bet it is pretty hard to keep doing it for too long. And Blzer you have to have something that is big for you to build muscle doing what you were doing.

If the muscles are already there, it will tone them, I don't think it will make you like that though without already having muscles.

Yeah I would say that would work. I bet it is pretty hard to keep doing it for too long. And Blzer you have to have something that is big for you to build muscle doing what you were doing.
