I can understand his trepedation about living on your own though, I think we all had it. But it disappears about a week or less after you move in on your own, LOL. I think mine disappeared like, the first day actually, LOL!!

The best part about living by yourself is that you can bring all the fatties home that you want and there is no roommates around to make fun of you.

C'mon man. He needs encouragement. He meant to say bring all the hotties home and not have to worry about being quiet.

Also, give online dating a shot or hang out at 20-something spots. Being out on your own is 99.9% awesome.

I'd highly recommend okcupid.com - I used a bunch of different dating sites and didn't have much luck with getting replies. I signed up for okcupid.com and got a lot of replies, and finally a girlfriend.

            Oh and yes it's free.

Getting to go and come as you please with no one to answer to (aside from your job responsibilities) is truly living the life.

Plus everything is always where you put it. That's about the best thing IMO. No more hunting for a hair brush that should always be in such and such spot and it's gone because someone moved it!!

Jerry: You have no idea how your life is gonna improve as a result of this.

just be like George Costanza and do the opposite. Whatever you are thinking, do the opposite.

                            Dude,
Just straight out ask her... Don't beat around the bush.. You will be miserable.. You are already over analyzing her every move.. If she doesn't feel the same way, don't mope around with your head down.. I don't see age as a problem. If two people care for eachother, Then why the hell not.. There are too many broken relationships in this world. Probably the biggest reason is that People don't move on with a relationship because other people will look down on you, It's not the "Normal Thing", or the person doesn't look right or whatever the case may be.. When if people would make decisions based on how they feel and not how other people say it should be, there would be more healthy relationships out there..

Someoen who works with me is 53. Until recently, the guy was still living with a roomate (well, probably not his entire life, but for some time). Recently, the guy who works with me kicked out his roomate (for not paying rent). I honestly can't understand how you can live with a roomate in your 50's. Even if you're a guy who likes people and makes friends anywhere you go (like this guy).
