GF's, Wives, In-laws & the things they do that make you go what the hell ?

Lets share some of these stories. I will start off. My better half HAS to sleep with a body pillow between her legs everyday. Literally she can't sleep without it. Every night when I see it I just shake my head.

Another thing she does that makes me shake my head is she will be talking to me, then go to the bathroom leave the door open and be talking to me from the toliet LOL. I remember the 1st few times when I saw her do that I gave her that weird look what the hell are you doing and laughed. Got to the point now that I am use to it but still laugh. Mainly because she doesn't break stride in the conversation at all.

Moving on to her family. They ALL have pets. She has a dog and 3 birds. Her sister has cats. Her brother has a cat. Her mom has a cat. And the weirdest thing to me is that they will talk to these pets as though they were talking to a person. I mean literally spend 10 minutes or more talking to them.

They all some coffee and cigeratte addicts. I mean they just don't drink coffee, they devour it as though it is about to go extinct in the next 5 minutes.

My GF's family is really nice. She has 3 sisters so when they get together it's all girly stories, but that's expected.

MY family is a lot weirder in a lot of cases.

My wife is OCD.

1. She always has to turn off a light in a room that is not being used. In our old apartment complex we were right by the community laundry room and every time we walked by it she would always turn the light off if no one was in the room. It wasn't even our room yet she always got pissed when the light was on. This happened everyday. And of course if I leave a light on in the kitchen, all hell breaks lose.

2. She will do the dishes right after we are done eating. We can be watching a nice movie and she can be really into it, but she will still pause and go do the dishes, like it is her job or something.

3. She never allows me in the kitchen to help her. This one time I put something in the dishwasher when she was at work and she said I put it in wrong and she banned me from doing anything in the kitchen now. She loses it if I put something in the wrong place, like a bag of chips or something.

4. She cleans constantly. Sometimes I just want her to relax, but she cleans. Even after she just cleaned I do not get it.

5. She can't drive without a GPS. One time she missed our exit when we were driving. So instead of getting off the next exit and going back on the highway she got the GPS out lol. I just shook my head.

6. She always has to be early. And not just early, but like an hour ahead of the time that would be considered early. When I would fly home, she would get to the airport like an hour before I landed.

That's all I can think of right now.

Trust me, I'm very happy to have a wife who cooks, cleans, and does all that stuff I mentioned. But she is really OCD and it is hilarious. And I do little things on purpose that I know will bother her, like leave a light on, or move the dishes around in the cabinets.

LOL mines don't like the light left on either unless it is night time. She terrified of entering a dark room at night or going anywhere by herself at night. But then again that comes from when she was attacked at night over a decade ago.

Far as dishes go......she won't do them unless it is at least 5 or more big objects, because she says it is a waste of water to do little stuff alone LOL.

The only clothes she will hang in the closet is dress clothes or slacks. All jeans and t shirts are folded and put in the drawer. And like most women, she her own way of folding stuff and want it done that way ONLY LOL.

Everything in the kitchen has its own place and everytime I put something in the wrong cupboard, she will roll her eyes, shake her blonde hair and move it and say it goes over here not there.

Oh I forgot, for breakfast she has to have a cigarette and right before bed she has to have one too. And because I can hear it now, she leaves the radio on ALL day. She don't really be actually listening to it 90% of the time, but it is like she can't function without hearing it in the background.

My girlfriend folds her clothes one way to put in the laundry basket and proceeds to unfold and refold before putting them in the dresser.

LOL, the folding the laundry part is so true. Oh yeah when she first moved in I did laundry and hung up all her clothes and thought I was doing a good thing. She comes home and freaks out an refolds all of her clothes and now she does the laundry lol.

She also has to always keep the door locked . Whenever we come home the first thing she does is lock it. One night I came home and left my keys in the keyhole on the outside of the door, the next day when she left to go to work she saw it and freaked out and said anyone could of robbed us.

Oh hell where I live in Vermont, nobody locks anything at all. My better half would throw a fit if I locked a door. She would say we live out in a small country town, this isn't chicago.

I mean seriously car doors unlock, windows, everything be unlocked out here. Don't feel bad Buck I too was banned from doing laundry because I like to hang everything up LMAO.

My wife and mother-in law talk on the phone about 50 times a day. Any idea pops into their head and they have to let each other know. Her mother will call at 5:00 EVERY night. "What are you doing?" THE SAME THING WE DO EVERY DAY AT 5 O'CLOCK. WE ARE EATING DINNER!

It's threads like this that make me glad I'm single. Keep it coming fellas...this **** is too funny.

My ex did the laundry folding then unfolding thing as well...I always laughed at that. Then there was the cleaning of the microwave right after her food was finished. I'm ok with cleaning the microwave, but friggin' have your meal before you start whipping out the cleaning products.

What really pissed me off was the constant communication. I'm at work, and she HAS to text message me every *** **** thing that happened at work. What makes it worse is that she'll basically say the same damn thing during dinner.

I also hated that her mother was always over...UNEXPECTEDLY! ****ing give me a 15 minute warning at least. Yet somehow, she always forgets to tell me. Of course when her mom leaves I give her crap, and she'd cry about how I don't like her parents.

Then the constant indecisiveness...my gawd, going shopping with her was the worst. She'd always go over budget because she couldn't decided which brand soap/cereal/water (yes even water) to get, so she would grab both.

The absolute worst was taking this bitch out ANYWHERE. I'm a social guy, I like to talk and have fun. She's always looking at her watch telling me when we should leave. She never drinks at social outtings, but never drives either. One night I got hammered and drove home(while she was completely sober) because she was upset that I drank and guilt tripped me on the way back about being more responsible.

I'm never dating a younger, indecisive, introverted, spoiled little daddy's girl again.

I take that back...the absolute worst part was that's she was smoking hot and because of that fact alone, she was lazy in the sack.

I could go all night with this topic...
