Gillette Fusion ProGlide - BS or the real deal?

I won one of these and before I open the package, can someone who uses it give me their honest opinion on this thing? It's so hyped up, but is it really that good?

Two shaves with it, and I love it. Very, very smooth. Typically after a shave, i'm rather broken out and red, but not after use with the PG. I'd recommend it.

EDIT: BTW, the one I am using is the ProGlide Power. I haven't tried the regular ProGlide, so I can't speak for it. I'd assume it works well, as the thinner blades appear to be what makes the difference.

I have thick facial hair...Like the guy said above me two swipes and I'm good. Shaving used to be a chore, but the fusion brand is the real deal.

Comparing my old fusion power with a new blade and a new plain proglide, the proglide is noticeably better. Smoother, closer, less irritation.

IMO though, the power stuff is worthless. I've shaved with it on, with it off and have never noticed a difference.

So the newer one is better? I've got the Fusion power, but haven't been using that as much since I got the new Schick one that released (that feels smoother to me too).

I wonder if I can just use ProGlide blades on my Fusion Power handle or not...Or are they evil and make them incompatible so you have to buy the useless new handle?

I agree bro. I think it does nothing.

The handles, outside of color, are exactly the same.

BTW, there was a $4 coupon in the paper last week and Walgreens was running a special (that I think is still going on) where you get $5 back in coupon form at the register, so it made the starter kit or whatever $1. The powered version only comes with one cartridge, the regular comes with 2 which is why I went with the regular.

Thanks for the info, I'll probably grab a pack of refills to try the new blade, just have enough handles laying around as it is haha
