Any dog who is trained can bite the face off a child. The CDC no longer tracks data on Breeds of dogs involved in bites because the breed simply does not matter. Pitbulls are great family dogs, Believe it or not.

Correct. The problem isn't the breed of dog, it's the type of owner that certain breeds have the tendency of attracting. There's nothing inherently wrong with the pitbull breed, it's the thug/redneck/loser owners that just *need* to have them that inevitably leads to problems.
