I've been doing balls deep on some food, all weekend long, because starting Monday, I'm back to baked chicken, brown rice, tuna, etc.

I love unhealthy foods, but it never meshes well with my gym regiment.

Today I have had Chinese (sesame chicken, rice and broccoli) and BBQ Jumbo Boneless wings with mac n cheese and mashed potatoes/gravy.

Just ate a grilled chicken and linguica hoagie with all the typical sandwich swag and chipotle sauce.

I was doing great losing weight with "calories in vs calories out" until my friend from NYC visited town for 3 weeks and took me out to eat like 10 times (she's a restaurant addict).

Now I can't get back on track and today's treat is a large stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut with pepperoni, italian sausage, bacon, and beef (obsessed with meat toppings, obviously).

Chick Fil A nuggets. It's nice having restaurants that I like again. Living in Alaska you didnt have Chick Fil A, Whataburger or Krystal's.

In a few minutes i'll be eating pig tail soup minus the pig tail LOL. I only eat it with the beef and dumplings.

It's otherwise known as split pea soup to some people.
