I guess this is what you get when your state is Billions of dollars in debt and has an endless parade of Governors being indicted and jailed. This is nothing new here, gotta look for revenue streams anywhere you can. Hell, the price of a license plate sticker went up $20 this past year.

What a wonderful place to live.

Well read the article further, the title is very misleading. It only outlaws eyerolling during city meetings, and gets you kicked out the meeting in this case and is deemed 'disorderly conduct.'

It doesn't sound like some law banning eye rolling in general.

I guess I won't be visiting Elmhurst anytime soon. My eyes involuntarily roll due to my vision problems and such. I'd be kicked out of the town for no reason at all.

Though I guess it would make for a GREAT Civil Liberties court case.

Please...there are stupid laws that have been on the books since this country started forming local goverments.

One of my favorites...In nearby Prince William County VA...It's illegal to park a car on railroad tracks....Seriously, this needed to be a LAW. What...The natural consequences of doing this wasn't enough of a deterrent?
