I think of the internet in itself as an escape from the masses. Well I should say escape from my wife talking about stuff that bores the hell out of me LOL.

LOL, I lost my "listening" skills. When my wife would be talking or telling me a story I use to get away with half-*** listening. Now she constantly catches me.

Man my head is killing me. It's like an all-percussion symphony is playing in my head with some incredible acoustics. Just wish they'd stop touring my brain for awhile. Ugh.

Chaos posted that smiley in the MLB transactions thread last year I think...I watched it for 5 minutes straight. It's like the rainbow smiley, it always makes me laugh for some reason.

Turns out the test is next week. Which I would've learned had I bothered showing up last week.

Somehow, the lack of a test makes it worse.

I can't believe it took me this long to finally start listening to Kid Cudi.

He's not the best, not close at all truthfully, and his lyrics aren't the most clever/the beats aren't the best and some things are childish...

...but damn if I haven't had quite a few of his songs on repeat recently. Sadly, I can relate to a lot of the things in my own way.

He's not the best, not close at all truthfully, and his lyrics aren't the most clever/the beats aren't the best and some things are childish...

Without a doubt.

As I said, doesn't have any stand-out qualities as an artist other than the fact that I can relate to parts of songs like: "Soundtrack to my life," "Alive," "Day N Nite," "Up, Up and Away," "Pursuit of Happiness" and "Heart of a Lion".

according to Gamestop's website the game has been delayed until March/April of next year.

EDIT: according to an employee and via there internal email, the game will be released "early 2011".

My problem with that is (I could care less about the NBA btw, just in conversation) if a sports game releases far into their respective season/close the playoffs....screw it, I aint touchin it. there was a game that did that not long ago...madden 07?? (PS3) maybe?? I can't remember, but I do remember really hoping for said sports game (when all I played was sports games) and it came out long after the season started. I didn't play it and really....I haven't played much sports games since that time with the exception of the show...

my guess would be that Elite is going to release at a much lower price point than $60, thus sorta playing the role as a "demo" for Elite '12.

Just my opinion.

That's a different story then. For a "cheaper/shorter" "season I might make the jump on say...MLB the show.

But really....alot of sports game devs could use an extra year of dev time. imo.

I think it's because this thread still has that supporter's forum feel (note all the blue names that post here).

And boo on me for only lasting 19 hours in my quest to quit nicotine. I'm looking into the quitting pills and cessation program tomorrow at work since I called in this morning. There must be a thread about this. Search function here I come.
