Re: Off Topic 2010
i do a lot of one on one coaching will other players are running plays . i yell for motovation not to belittle and the parents get that and like. but these guys and there intensity is pissing me off. our league coach official told me he was happy to see i was getting fired up . so that make me feel good that no offense even from league officials are takenThats the thing the team I coached last 3 years was my little league team when i was growing up is nothing like when I played. The kids have no desire and so hard to coach, and parents complained if you yelled. This new team is inner city and kids wanna learn and play their best, and the kdis that have no desire get left behind. The parents love when you yell and get the kids motivated. The only downside is that in 10 years I could see about 30-40% of these kdis will be in jail or doing something bad.Comment

Well called the three agencies today....What frustration! Two of the three will call me back (one today, the other within 2 days) and I have to call back the third one tomorrow. One agency doesn't even seem all that organized as they're going through re-organization.

I'm beginning to wonder if there's about 2 humans that work for the State of Minnesota. You call one of their divisions? All machines. Took me about 30 minutes to talk to an actual person today. Luckily she was really nice and helpful or I would have lost it.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2010
Well, I got flipped off for the first time while driving home from class today.
It was by a slightly overweight, 50+ year old lady riding on the back of one of those three-wheeled motorcycles, and the dude driving had the handle-bar 'stache and everything.
She tried to do it discreetly, too, by keeping her hand at her side and everything, but obviously I saw it. I stared, laughed, and then what by them.
I don't really know what I did, either. I assume it was because they were riding in the left-hand lane going about 70 of the major highway in Mass, and I had to slow down a bit when I pulled up behind them. They then switched lanes and flipped me off.Comment
