I finished up season one of Stargate: Universe on Netflix Instant View, and just loved the heck out of it.

My wife and I are now tracking through Season 8 of SG:1 and Season 1 of SD: Atlantis as we wait for Season 2 of SG:U to come out on DVD or hit Netflix Instant View.

I tried starting with Season 1 of SG:1 but it was soooooo bad. But Season 8 is supposed to introduce some stuff that is relevant to SG:U, as well as SG: Atlantis. That's eight seasons to enjoy while waiting for SG: U.

We actually started with the two part finale of Season 7 of SG:1, as it was pretty important to the beginning of Season 8.

Anyone else as late to the Stargate party as me, but loving it?

Last thing I watched was 1991 NFC Wildcard Cowboys @ Bears. Man, Tom Waddle took a BEATING but he played his heart out that day. Now whenever I see him on TV i'll have a mental image of him getting pounded after making big catches for the Bears.

Today....NFC Divisional Cowboys @ Lions (we all know what happened that game)
