Gotta excuse the garage, took about 2 mos to unpack. lol.

I wanted new construction but the numbers my wife and I had to play with did not add up with what we wanted as far as size. This one is almost 3000 sq. ft. with a finished basement so you already know where all my time is spent

I never seen a garage in the front of a house that sticks out like that. Kind of like they built the house and said oh crap we forget the garage, no problem, we will stick in it the front right next to the front door.

So you have a fully set up "man cave"? I would love that.

The only reason we chose to build over buy is my father in law is a builder with 30+ years experience so he is doing it at cost price with no labor costs. Basically we are getting a 3500sq foot house for over 150k cheaper than we would normally have to pay. This is our dream home and once we are in that's it we are never moving!!! They are going to have to take me out of this place in a box.
