5.1 without a receiver for under $250. Soundbar with a sub the satellite speakers plug into. The sub is wireless which means zero wires leading to the back of the room.

Yes. Yes. Yes. The 42" model? It's closer to $200 now making it even more of a no-brainer. Love mine. My only complaint...and this is some serious nitpicking...I wish there were more volume "steps". It only has 5-6 levels and late night I fluctuate from #2 (slightly too quiet) and #3 (slightly too loud). if there was a 1/2 step in-between it would be perfect.

If so, I think that's the one I have for my man cave and I love it. I'm about to get a second one for my bedroom. My bank has the UChoose program where you get 2 points for every dollar you spend by using your debit card at participating retailers. They have that system and I'm only about 2000 points away from getting it for free.... or I could get it now using my points towards some Amazon cards and paying the difference

Exactly. I'd been eye balling it for a couple weeks and BB has it on sale for 240. Best I could find. They make a 38" and a 54" with a bigger sub too. When did you get yours? Mine has 10 or 12 lights to indicate the volume and each one of them half steps.

Yep, Vizio is the only manufacturer I could find that had this kind of set up. Being half wireless makes it the easiest set up ever too. All other 5.1 had a Blu-ray player or went through a receiver for a lot more money.

Look at that bad boy hold it's value Got mine for $200 in Sept, and saw it pretty close to that over the holidays too. Surprised it's back up to $240 across the board.

The surround speakers are what makes this awesome. Every other soundbar has no real surround speakers and has to "fake" the surround sound. Or if it does have surround speakers, you need to run cables across your room. Just having the surrounds makes it sound a ton better and only having to run two wires behind the couch makes it easy and wifey-friendly.

Don't have a pic put my wife just took me to best buy and bought me a PS4 and Madden 15 since I've been looking to buy a used PS3 and NCAA 14

Didn't know PS3 games weren't BC on PS4 though but I'll keep the PS4 anyway
