Not much for googling certain things, I'd rather read the description from someone passionate on the subject in their own words.

If you don't mind telling me, I'm familiar with the Ottoman Empire. What is the book about specifically? The title sounds interesting.

It's basically a history of the last 15-20 years of the Ottoman Empire, starting with the Young Turk Revolution in 1908, up through the dissolution of the caliphate and creation of the Republic of Turkey in 1923, and all the wars it fought in between (including both before and after World War I as we knew it, 1914-1918). It also apparently challenges the conventional argument that it was all Britain and France that caused the chaos that exists today as a result of their colonial ambitions in the region. One of Sean McMeekin's other books, which I read recently, makes a compelling argument about Germany playing a much larger role in the mess than most people realize.

I'll probably be reading that book next after I finish what I'm currently on.

Had to buy another new controller. This is getting annoying. Lost my third controller to the Right Trigger sticking. I tried to repair the first one, and was unsuccessful. Gonna try a newer color and hope for the best.

I still keep them for things that don't require the trigger, but SONY seriously needs to fix this.

My right thumbstick is coming apart on mine. Frustrating since I've barely used the damn thing in the past year.

Too many sales this week. Finally jumped on Disney Infinity bandwagon (for the kids...of course [emoji1] )

$10 DI 3.0 XB1 digital copy
$5 DI 2.0 XB1 starter kit (just for the base basically)
$16 Star Wars Rise Against Empire play kit
$7 Han Solo
$8 Toy Box Takeover expansion
$8 Toy Box Raceway expansion

Star Wars and expansions were all at BB using trade in credit. So only spent $15.

....and DI gets cancelled the next week . WTF?
