Nah nothing too amazing. I manage an audiology clinic and my wife is an accountant.

The key to it all has been that I have saved at least 20% of everything I have have ever earned going back to my first job washing dishes in a restaurant at age 13, worked and studied my *** off (as has my wife and we've been together since first year of uni) and invested it pretty well in real estate and stocks and its works wonders.

Well that and the fact my father in law is a builder and could build the house at cost price which made a huge difference as well.

nah it's more a case of the whole area is pretty flat so when you build on a hill it looks pretty high up. I'm not complaining about the view or anything but it's not like the hollywood hills or something.

Right on, man. This is actually my fourth pair of the last 11 years. I had two white and grey pairs I wore for basketball in high school and had a white and royal pair I'm still using for outdoor basketball that I bought in '07-ish. For some reason or another, you're right, they are indeed quite comfortable.

Haven't seen Hall Pass yet but I loved Sex Drive, movie was way better than I expected when I watched it on Netflix.

Agree with this. When a movie is called 'sex drive' you don't go in with high expectations (unless it's an 'adult entertainment' type movie ) but this was actually a decent comedy and Hall Pass was hilarious as well. Nice additions to the collection Chef.
