Just bought both tonight. Been wanting a slim for the longest time and decided to bite the bullet. Man these headphones are amazing as well.

About those headphones...how do they plug in? Is it USB that plugs into the Playstation, or does it go into the TV? And, if it's USB, is there a setting you change in the XMB to allow game sound to play through them?

I ask because I have a USB headset (not Turtle Beach), but I've never been able to figure out how to get the sound to go through them and not my TV.

You have a usb that goes into the ps3, followed by a red,white,yellow that goes into the back of the tv , the red yellow white has an end similar to headphones and the headset has a input for it.

Yeah I like it, i'm learning to appreciate HDTVs a lot more then I ever did before. Good too because it seems more games and such are better fit on widescreen and the TV i was stuck with for a few weeks wasn't
